If you are using Duxbury to convert a Microsoft Word document to braille, math equations require a specific format in order to be properly interpreted by a screenreader. The EquatIO software from Texthelp allows you to capture an image of a math equation from a PDF document and export it as MathML format which can then be pasted in to Microsoft Word.
