Lending Library Featured Item

The C-Pen Reader Pen is a handheld scanner that reads text aloud with natural sounding voices. The dictionary feature will look up words and show their definitions. Voice memos can be recorded, and blocks of text can be stored in a file for future use. The stored files can be read back using text-to-speech and the reading rate can be adjusted. The scanner can be set for right or left-handed use.

Federal Quota

The Federal Quota Program provides specialized educational materials, including textbooks and equipment, to eligible students with visual impairments.

Annually, the AT&AEM Center conducts the Federal Quota Registration of Blind Students in Ohio to identify eligible infants, students, and adults who qualify. Census registration is open the first Monday of January through the end of February.
