Description

This webinar provides an overview of the VistaType Large Print Templates and Macros for Microsoft Word. Participants will learn about the tool’s key features, the installation process, and how to apply a large print template to an existing Word document. The session will also include examples of completed large print materials to demonstrate the end results.

Audience

  • Paraprofessionals working with students who are potential or current large print users, particularly young, newly visually impaired, or cognitively limited students
  • County Boards of Developmental Disabilities staff working with students who are potential or current large print users
  • Other school staff working with students who are potential or current large print users
  • Parents and family of children who are potential or current large print users

Objectives

  • Participants will be able to identify three capabilities of VistaType Large Print Templates and Macros for Microsoft Word.
  • Participants will be able to describe the steps involved in installing the VistaType Large Print Templates and Macros for Microsoft Word.
  • Participants will be able to explain how to attach a large print template to an existing Microsoft Word document.
